About Gingely oil :  I just edited my post to make things a bit simpler, gingely oil is the same as Sesame oil. &quot;Idhayam&quot; brand sesame oil is available in any Indian store. I use that because it&#039;s authentic straight from Madras.</description>

		<description>Wow, this Yellu Podi sounds very interesting!  My husband loves south Indian food, and makes great dosas.  But he has never made this chutney (if you can call it that!).  I am going to surprise him with this in a few days.  First I need to figure out where I can get Gingely Oil.  Is there any other name for it? I have never heard of it.
