This creamy dipping sauce is as easy as easy gets! I make this with yogurt to keep it healthy. I add a little cream for a smooth texture and the cream also adds consistency, making it almost a dip/sauce.

1 cup yogurt (I use thick Indian yogurt. You could use greek yogurt or buy regular plain yogurt and let drain for 20-30 minutes to make sure all the liquids are drained)
1/2 cup heavy cream
2-4 tbsp fresh lemon juice ( 4 tbsp makes it very tangy. I used 2 for just a mild undertone of zing)
3 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
1/8 tsp salt
1 garlic clove, grated or minced
Mix all the ingredients together until smooth and serve.
Can anything get any simpler than that ? : ) This sauce/dip is so versatile, I serve it with hand cut oven fries or onion rings, I use it as the main sauce for falafel or any regular sandwich.
I also use it as salad dressing. It turns a regular lettuce, onion and tomato salad into something so intensely tasty!

I am entering this to the FIC-White event hosted by Kitchen Flavors.
