Spice Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Brussels Sprouts will always have my heart. This controversial veggie gets a spiced makeover in one of my favorite recipes!

Ingredients:
2lb Brussels Sprouts
2-3 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1.5 tsp red chilli powder

Method:
Preheat oven to 400F.

On a sheet pan, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil and 1.5 tsps of salt. I used fresh petit sprouts, so I roasted them whole. Depending on the size you have, you may want to halve them for an even size to ensure even roasting.

Roast them for 20 minutes. Remove the tray, sprinkle 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp red chili powder. Toss gently.

Put it back in the oven and roast for 15 more minutes until crispy. Serve hot!
